POWER PILATES

The Power Pilates method encompasses more than 500 controlled, precise movements designed to stretch and strengthen muscle without adding bulk. Differing from our usual Pilates Mat classes, Power Pilates is set up like a circuit to give you a high-intensity workout, while still remembering your core, centering, posture and form from your more traditional Pilates approach. The exercises still follow the six principles of Joseph Pilates:
